AOC Spring Obedience Trials

Trial Entry Form

Entries made before 8:00 AM, March 30 will NOT be accepted.

Once entries open, you can use this form to enter the trial on-line.  Just select "Official AKC Entry Form" on the left, and follow the instructions! 

You'll be able to enter your dog in any/all of the trials with a single form. As with paper entries, it is one dog per form.  There is a transaction fee of $1.00 per trial.  

Once your entry form is complete, you'll be able to pay either online, with a credit card, or offline, with a check.  You'll get a confirmation that we received your entry, followed by a final confirmation once your payment is received. 

For offline payments: checks should be made out to Albany Obedience Club, Inc and mailed to Barb Burri, Event Secretary, 8 Ridgewood RD, Plaistow, NH 03865-2347.  Please include the invoice number(s) on your check and, if possible, a printout of your invoice(s).
