ALBANY OBEDIENCE CLUBGeneral Info Classes generally meet for an hour once a week while in session. Most sessions are 6 weeks long; we offer 4-6 sessions each year. Classes are open to both members and non-members, but member registration opens first. Classes are offered on a first come-first served basis. Most classes offer a waitlist. Most classes are held on AOC grounds, but we occasionally have classes off-site. Registration Details All registration for classes must be done online. Early Registration Instructors for the current session, and members holding first-in passes are eligible for early registration. Instructors may use early registration for ONE dog in ONE class for each class they teach. Member Registration Member registration is open to both Active and Conditional Members, as well as to all Junior Handlers. Members and Junior Handlers have the option of paying either on or offline. You'll choose your payment option when you register. Non-member Registration Non-members may register for any class that is not yet filled. Classes that are full will be noted. Non-members must pay online, and upload proof of Parvo, DHL and Rabies vaccines (or titers). Late Registration Late registration will be available for an additional fee of $25. Only on-line payments will be accepted. Payment Type ONline payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex. You will be registered for the class as soon as your payment goes through. OFFline payments (members only) may be made by check, training coupons or a combination of check and training coupons. Coupons have no explicit dollar value: for classes, each coupon is worth one hour of class. OFFline payments must be received by the registrar and cleared within seven (7) days of your registration date, or you will be removed from the class. Applying a Credit If you have a credit in your AOC WildApricot account, you can use it to pay for your class(es). Once registration opens, you can register here! Note: Junior Handlers pay the Membership rate for all classes open to Juniors. Registration Code Instructors/Members using First-in Passes, and AOC Juniors will need a registration code to register. You'll find the code on the registration form, but just in case, the codes are: For instructors: Instructor Fees Class fees are given in the class description. In general: 60min classes Members: $36 Conditional Members having taken 2 classes: $36 Conditional Members taking 1st or 2nd class: $100 Non-members: $100 90min classes Members: $48 Conditional Members having taken 2 classes: $48 Conditional Members taking 1st or 2nd class: $125 Non-members: $125 Audit $20, if available. Registration fee There is a small transaction fee charged by the site (approx. 3% of the total fee) for both online and offline payments. Liability Waiver When you register for a class, you are indicating that you understand and accept the terms of the Albany Obedience Club, Inc. Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless. |

Proof of vaccination/titer
Non-members: must upload proof onto the registration form. (you can not attend class if we do not have proof of your dogs Vaccination/titer and rabies)
Members: must check appropriate box on the registration form.
