Trial Entry Form

Once entries open (October 22, noon), you can use this form to enter the trial on-line.  Just select "Official AKC Entry Form" on the left, and follow the instructions! 

You'll be able to enter your dog in any/all of the trials with a single form. As with paper entries, it is one dog per form.  

Once your entry form is complete, you'll be able to pay either online, with a credit card, or offline, with a check.  You'll get a confirmation that we received your entry, followed by a final confirmation once your payment is received. 

For offline payments: checks should be made out to Albany Obedience Club, Inc and mailed to Kate Harding, Event Secretary, PO Box 341, Tyringham, MA, 01264.  Please include the invoice number(s) on your check and, if possible, a printout of your invoice(s).

Entries close 5:00PM, Nov. 26 or when the limit is reached.
